Able Faith Inc. provides Quality of Life Grants to people who qualify with physical or neurological disabilities to help with unexpected expenses, medical equipment, or financial hardship.  To be considered for the grant, all sections must be filled completely.

Able Faith Inc. will make every effort within its resources to assist members of our community; unfortunately, it cannot help all who request assistance. Every case depends on the facts and circumstances peculiar to that case and is defined by the totality of the circumstances. The grant information and any further information requested will be for the sole use of the Board of Directors or their designee (s) and will be retained in the strictest confidence.

Quality of Life grants vary depending on available funding and number of applicants. Once the Directors make a grant decision, the Quality of Life grant application will not be reviewed or considered additional times unless there is significant new and specifically relevant information.  Due to limited funds, there is a lifetime limit per recipient.
